We know it can be difficult to get out of a cycle of indecisiveness, negative thinking, confusion, stress, anxiety, low confidence, feeling trapped or feeling lonely - but it can happen to us all, in both our work and personal lives.
We also know of the benefits of talking to someone, who will listen without judgment, to help us make decisions, to support us through changes, about things that upset, worry or stress us. So, who should we talk to? Family, friends, work associates? Not everyone wants to, or can talk to people they interact with every day.
Try a different approach. The power of talking to a stranger or someone not directly involved in our lives should not be underestimated. It can be a great help to us.
Looking back on difficult times may be necessary to try to understand what has happened and why, and to make some sense of it. Looking forward, to explore what we can do to improve how we feel, how we can be more in control of our lives and think more clearly about where we are going and what we want to do, is crucial.
We all have life challenges and things we are trying hard to achieve. We don't need to be in dire straits to engage in a supportive discussion. Planning ahead can keep us out of dire straits! Don't wait until you are in a crisis or burnout. Working together we can progress forward, whatever we have to face, with a 'serene mood' if possible.

The process is simple.
Appointments are open to book your FREE initial discussion which gives both parties an opportunity to ensure there is a positive connection and to become familiar with each others situation. We can then make plans centered on you, within your comfort zone and suitable for your requirements.
If we cannot provide what you need, you have lost nothing, only approximately 20 minutes of your time.
I work afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings. Free initial discussion appointments are mostly available evenings and Saturday mornings, or email us for a time more suitable for you.
We provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space and time to talk.
